My Journey

Growing up, I was 6'7" and weighed 150 lbs. It wasn't healthy. I played basketball throughout high school, but after high school I no longer had sports to help keep me in shape. I began weight lifting and quickly became hooked. After 5 years, I was able to gain 100 lbs of muscle.

Throughout this time, I was constantly being asked for workout regimens and meal plans. I soon realized that I had a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals whether they be to gain muscle, lose weight, or both. I decided to become a certified personal trainer and start helping people on their fitness journeys.

I have been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 6 years while also becoming a certified nutrition specialist and helped pre diabetics get off the spectrum, to people losing weight, to people adding muscle mass.

I started working with kids doing sport specific training to improve agility, strength, and endurance. As time went on I began focusing on helping individuals reach their goals through one-on-one training. I have helped many people ranging from weight loss, to muscle building, and rehabilitation.
