About Me
Growing up, I was 6'7" and weighed 150 lbs. It wasn't healthy. I played basketball through high school, but after high school I no longer had sports to help keep me in shape. I began weight lifting and quickly became hooked. After 5 years, I was able to gain 100 lbs of muscle. Throughout this time, I was constantly being asked what I did to gain the weight so quickly.
