We will take your measurements so we have a starting point. Sometimes you may not see the results when you look in the mirror but it will be extremely motivating when you see the inches drop.
We will then get your weight and check your body fat so we have a starting point.
After that we will discuss your goals and figure out the best workout plan to help you achieve them. Setting smaller goals to help achieve one big goal will help you stay motivated and keep you on track to not only hit, but surpass your goals.
After that we will get down to the workout and start producing some results!
