Session

Step 01 — Come ready

Bring a water bottle, wear training clothes, and come ready to move.

Step 02 — Talk goals

I’ll talk through your goals with you and establish a baseline so progress has something real to compare against.

Step 03 — Get a baseline

Your starting point may include weight, body composition, movement quality, strength, and conditioning.

Step 04 — Build the plan

From there, I’ll build a plan with smaller milestones that keep the bigger goal manageable.

Step 05 — Train and adjust

Then I’ll coach you, adjust the plan, and keep the work moving toward measurable results.
