Growing up, I was 6'7" and weighed 150 lbs. I played basketball through high school, but once sports were no longer keeping me active, I had to learn how to build a routine for myself. Weight training became the structure that helped me get stronger, gain muscle, and understand what consistent progress really takes.
That experience turned into a passion for helping other people build their own plan. Bodies By Garrett focuses on one-on-one coaching for people who want accountability, better training habits, and practical guidance around strength, conditioning, and nutrition.
Garrett has worked with clients across weight loss, muscle building, sport-specific training, and general fitness. The training process is built around clear goals, consistent feedback, and the kind of accountability that helps people keep showing up.
